My favourite thing about being a Sales Consultant is the culture of always doing what's best for the client and being transparent so everybody has a great experience. My most memorable client experience happened recently when I was able to work with a client to provide a design that met their wish list of wants and needs.

I've been in the industry for 9 years and have stuck around because of the priceless feeling you get when you help take someone through the process of finding the right home for them and then making the journey as easy as possible.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU ALWAYS GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS?

The most important thing is the home design. Once it's built, it's built so don't be afraid to utilise your consultant to really work out the best design for your needs and wants. Everything else will fall into place and our processes are designed to make it easy for you.
