MOJO’s free quote is refreshing, upfront and honest. We are the only builder that has a qualified surveyor record levels to determine the full FIXED site cost, at no cost to you, within five days*. MOJO financially invest in this up front, so you know the full cost of your new home, without paying a cent. Other builders charge $1,500+ for these services, therefore the customer must make a financial commitment before finding out the full price of the home.
