Landscaping

In all of the excitement of planning your new build, landscaping can often be an afterthought. Including landscaping into your home loan is a must. You don’t want to get to end of your build and be left with a beautiful home...and dirt.

Landscaping costs can vary depending on what you are after. When planning your finance for landscaping, the creation of a Landscape Plan allows you to manage and breakdown the cost of each element within your design. Driveways, fences and letterboxes should also be considered as a part of this budget.
