Which lenders do MyChoice Home Loans work with?

MyChoice Home Loans works with a range of the countries leading lenders, including ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Westpac, St George, Newcastle Permanent, the Mutual Bank and many more.

What are progress payments?

Progress payments are made at set stages throughout your build once specific milestones are met i.e installation of concrete slab, erection of frames and trusses. These continue through to your final payment at practical completion.

If you are financing your build, these payments are made directly to the builder by your lender.

How does having no progress payments benefit me?

Removing the administration of progress payments can improve efficiency throughout your build and limit any potential disruptions that may occur while the builder is waiting to receive payments from your lender.

#IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is an example only. The total estimate of savings under the promotion is calculated by adopting the building contract value $600,000, a nominated interest rate of 6.09% and an estimated building period. The estimated building period takes into consideration the average contract building period for the past 24 months in an urban area, current industry trends and predictions and a small margin for delay. The  estimate does not take into consideration major supply chain disruption, early completion or early repayment, or any of the specific circumstances of a proposed building project. A building period will be nominated in any future offer for works in the form of a Building Agreement and include relevant terms governing that period. This estimate is not an offer to provide financial services, or confirmation of a homeowners eligibility for the Build Smart promotion. Estimated Loan Interest Savings is considered as a guide only and can vary depending on your personal situation.

^DISCLAIMER: A comparison rate of 6.10% applies only to the examples given and has been calculated on a secured loan of $150,000 over a 25 year term. Different amounts and terms will result in different comparison rates. Costs such as redraw fees, lenders mortgage insurance, early repayment fees and cost savings such as fee waivers are not included in the comparison rate but may influence the cost of the loan. MyChoice Home Loans Pty Limited is an authorised Credit Representative of Mortgageport Management Pty Ltd Australian Credit Licence 386360. Finance is available to approved applicants only.
