The “MOJO Homes 7 Star as Standard” offer runs from 10:00am 2 January 2024 (AEDT) to 30th April 2024 at 5:00pm (AEST) or when withdrawn by MOJO Homes (the Promotion Period). The offer includes two components: 1. a $65,000 discount from the listed price of all homes except the MOJO Homes ‘one’ range and 2. 7-star BASIX compliance to standard and unaltered MOJO designs at no extra cost, subject to these conditions. MOJO Homes will achieve the 7-star compliance at no extra cost through a combination of design and product selection at its discretion including higher rated insulation, double glazing to windows or doors, ceiling fans, window dimensions and removal of windows and doors (if required) and the selection of preferential orientation and roof and window frame colour. The promotion does not apply to home designs with upgraded features including raked ceilings, two storey internal voids, external cladding, facades featuring less than 15 degree pitched roofs or the Seabreeze and Oceanview house designs.
To be eligible for the “MOJO Homes 7 Star as Standard” offer a tender must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee must be paid within 14 days of the tender issue date and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by MOJO Homes.
The $65,000 discount will be shown in the tender and Building Agreement specification as a discount to the house price applicable at that time. The $65,000 cash discount will not be deductible from the land price in any house and land package.
The MOJO Homes $65,000 discount and “MOJO Homes 7 Star as Standard” promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
