VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS
At MOJO we love to chat about how our homes enable people to Live Passionately. While our Displays may be temporarily closed, our New Home Consultants are available to meet with you virtually.
Our Virtual Appointments are conducted via Zoom, teams or whatever medium you wish and booked at a time that suits you. Our Consultants will use Canibuild software to give you a live siting of your preferred design on your block of land! This allows us to determine whether your chosen design meets council regulations, as well as giving us the flexibility to change and adapt your design layout to ensure it’s compliant.
By the completion of your appointment we will know the following.
• Best approval pathway CDC or DA after assessing compliance
• Best positioning on the block to capture the best solar aspect
• Confirmation that your preferred design with work in your block
